〔記者李靚慧/台北報導〕來自日本的信用卡組織「JCB」在台營運30多年,疫情後國人出現報復性旅遊熱潮,赴日旅遊人數年年創新高,刷卡消費金額及發卡量持續成長。近年JCB不斷加碼消費回饋,更鎖定台灣首推專為赴日旅客打造的旅遊應用 App「MyJapan+ by JCB」,JCB台灣總經理森田亮表示,JCB在3大國際組織中仍占極小的比例,希望藉此強化持卡人服務,增加與持卡人的互動溝通。

JCB目前在台與24家銀行聯手發卡,發卡張數達700萬卡,JCB台灣總經理森田亮指出,JCB在台發卡市占率13%、刷卡金額市佔率達8%,雖然佔比仍低,但近年均有明顯成長。特別是台灣旅客認知赴日旅遊就是要用JCB卡,使訪日台灣旅客在日本使用JCB卡的月均佔比達30%;2025年台灣發行JCB卡於日本的消費金額,較前一年成長15%,創下歷史新高。特別的是,若僅算海外發行的JCB會員在日本的消費,高達7成來自台灣JCB持卡人。

JCB近年大動作鎖定赴日遊客給予高額回饋,例如今年推出日本境內實體店面累計刷卡消費滿10萬日圓,可享1萬日圓的事後現金回饋,等同最高10% 回饋,引發持卡人熱烈參與。森田亮透露,該活動計算今年JCB卡2至4月的日本消費金額,較去年同期大增30%。

此次JCB推出旅遊應用App「MyJapan+ by JCB」,主要並非刺激消費而是「溝通」。JCB台灣總經理森田亮分析,雖然JCB持續在台灣推出各項優惠,但調查顯示,持卡人對相關優惠的認知僅有2成,導致JCB推出的各項服務無法完全普及,因此希望透過建置專屬App及開通台灣IG帳號,加強與持卡人的互動溝通,讓持卡人了解優惠內容,進而多多使用。
