平陆运河集团27日介绍,平陆运河1号锚地项目首件沉箱日前顺利完成出运安装,标志着该工程正式进入水工主体结构施工阶段。

平陆运河1号锚地项目共需预制安装沉箱75件,全部为异形结构,体量大、类型多、工期紧。本次出运安装的D型沉箱长12米、宽10.5米、高18米,单体自重达1540吨。

出运安装涵盖陆上装船、海上拖带、水下定位等多个环节。作业区域为无遮挡开放水域,海况多变、通航保障风险高,对施工精度和精细化管控提出极高要求。

面对挑战,平陆运河建设管理团队采用气囊顶升横纵移运工艺,将沉箱安全运送至码头前沿,再由起重船吊装上驳、自航甲板驳拖运至锚地海域完成定位安装。针对异形构件超大、超重且受力不均的难题,团队创新采用自主研发的专用吊装架,有效解决了吊装平衡控制难题,显著提升了作业安全性与就位精度。

此次首件沉箱成功出运安装,不仅为后续批量吊装积累了关键工艺参数与实操经验,也为优化潮水窗口期调度、提升作业效率奠定了坚实基础。

平陆运河1号锚地项目建成后,可满足5000吨级船舶停泊、编队、待闸等多样化需求,将进一步提升平陆运河通航效率和服务保障能力。
