台北市信義區台北101購物中心今天上午發生墜落意外，10時49分左右，警消獲報位於市府路45號的商場2樓，現場有1名年約15歲的女性因不明原因從高處墜落，救護人員到場時少女已無生命跡象狀態，雖緊急將其送往台北醫學大學附設醫院搶救，仍於上午11時許因傷重宣告不治。
由於事發當下現場並沒有目擊者，目前死者身分及究竟是從商場的幾樓墜落，仍待警方後續查證，目前警方已拉起封鎖線，進行相關採證，並將擴大調閱購物中心監視器，還原釐清事發經過。
