作为由清华大学牵头发起的CNEST多边合作计划举办的第二届国际年度论坛，大会吸引了来自21个国家的480余位高校、科研机构、企业人士以及国际组织代表参会，在去年发布《CNEST北京倡议》基础上，逐步形成“北京共识”，进一步凝练CNEST科学目标与问题、推动国际合作与成果共享，助力全球碳中和目标实现。

活动中，诺贝尔奖获得者、新加坡国立大学教授康斯坦丁·诺沃肖洛夫，中国科学院院士、清华大学车辆与运载学院教授欧阳明高，国际应用系统分析研究所(IIASA)杰出荣休学者、前副总干事及代理总干事内博伊沙·纳基切诺维奇，中国科学院院士、中国科学院工程热物理研究所研究员金红光，加拿大工程院院士、IEEE院士、香港理工大学电气及电子工程系主任、教授钟志勇，美国国家工程院院士、宁波东方理工大学常务副校长、讲席教授张东晓作了主旨报告分享。
据悉，此次论坛由清华大学牵头主办、清华大学碳中和研究院牵头承办。(完)
