وقال غروسي في تدوينة عبر منصة "إكس" مساء الثلاثاء: "‏من المهم أن أكون في المملكة العربية السعودية اليوم، في وقت تمضي فيه الرياض قدما في تطوير برنامجها النووي المدني".

وأضاف ‏مدير عام وكالة الطاقة الذرية: "مع الأمير عبد العزيز بن سلمان آل سعود، راجعنا أوجه التعاون المتنامية بين الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية والمملكة العربية السعودية، ورحبنا بالتزام المملكة بالشفافية".

‏وأكد عقب الاجتماع أن الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية ستواصل العمل مع السعودية لضمان سير هذه العملية بشكل آمن وسلمي.
