亞太地區數位經貿領域重要國際組織「亞太貿易便捷化及電子商務理事會」（AFACT），將於6月23日至27日在台南舉辦第44屆期中理事會議暨國際論壇。此次盛會預計吸引來自14個國家、超過60位代表與專家與會，展現台灣在國際經貿與數位治理領域日益提升的能見度與影響力。
AFACT具有聯合國經濟及社會理事會正式諮詢地位，並與United Nations Centre for Trade Facilitation and Electronic Business （UN/CEFACT）簽署合作備忘錄，可推薦專家參與聯合國相關論壇及標準制定工作，在全球數位貿易與跨境商務領域具有重要影響力。
