邱俊憲指出，運專區新建築物中，將會有1千坪的鳥松區國民運動中心；球場附近的公墓，明年也會開始啟動整理，早日改善環境；另針對澄清湖棒球場有鳥害問題，他建議可用雷射驅鳥器，運發局正研議可行性。
根據運發局規劃，澄清湖棒球場外野區大螢幕，將從雙螢幕整合成單一巨大型螢幕，長38.4公尺、高8.65公尺的豪華觀賽畫面，明年將為球迷帶來全新的觀賽體驗。
