وأوضح أن هناك توجيهات مباشرة من الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي بدعم الدول الإفريقية في هذا المجال، سواء عبر تقديم المساعدة الفنية أو نقل الخبرات المصرية، مشيرا إلى أن إحدى الدول أرسلت بالفعل موقعين لاختيار الأنسب ليكون عاصمة جديدة لها.
وأكد أن هناك مفاوضات جارية مع دولتين إضافيتين، ومن المقرر توقيع الاتفاقيات قبل منتصف يونيو المقبل، على أن تتولى شركات مصرية التنفيذ.
ولفت إلى أن جميع الدول الإفريقية تواجه تحديات اقتصادية، لكن نجاح مصر في تنفيذ مشروع العاصمة الإدارية دون تحميل الموازنة العامة أي أعباء، وفي فترة زمنية قصيرة رغم الأزمات العالمية مثل جائحة كورونا والحروب، يعكس قوة الفكرة وجدواها.
وأشار إلى أن المشروع اعتمد منذ البداية على تحقيق قيمة مضافة للأراضي وبيعها للمطورين، وهو ما ساهم في جذب أكثر من 450 شركة تطوير عقاري تعمل حاليا داخل العاصمة بأحجام مختلفة.
وأكد أن تصدير التجربة المصرية إلى إفريقيا يمثل خطوة جديدة في تعزيز التعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية المشتركة، ويعكس ثقة الدول الإفريقية في النموذج المصري.
