〔記者張慧雯／台北報導〕看準AI伺服器、高速運算、低軌衛星與半導體應用快速升溫，電子特化材料昱鐳應材宣布IPO，董事長詹文雄指出，已與兆豐證券正式簽署上市櫃輔導契約，未來將透過強化資本結構，進一步擴大研發量能，全面搶攻全球高階銅箔基板（CCL）及半導體關鍵材料商機。
詹文雄表示，目前已成功自主開發出高階CCL用樹脂材料，該材料具備優異的電氣特性、高耐熱性與高可靠度，精準解決高頻傳輸環境下的訊號損耗與延遲痛點，同時，更順利切入全球AI伺服器與低軌衛星供應鏈，成為台灣極少數具備「自主核心配方開發能力」的電子特化材料供應商。
除高階CCL用樹脂材料外，昱鐳應材也瞄準半導體先進封裝材料，並同步佈局航太產業，積極構築多元成長引擎。詹文雄認為，簽署上市櫃輔導契約是公司邁向資本市場的重要里程碑，未來將藉由資本市場的力量，持續深耕前瞻技術研發、加速半導體等新市場的產品開發與國際客戶拓展，為台灣科技關鍵材料的在地化供應鏈注入強大新動能。
