코트라에 따르면 체코의 한국 화장품 수입은 2020년 470만달러에서 지난해 4천805만달러로 10배 이상 증가했고, 식품 수입도 2023년 518만달러에서 지난해 937만달러로 80% 늘었다.
이인규 코트라 프라하무역관장은 "체코에서 K뷰티는 현지 유통망 성장을 좌우할 정도로 주목받고 있고, K푸드 소비층도 매년 급증하고 있다"며 "우리 기업들이 체코를 발판으로 유럽 전역에 수출을 확대하도록 최선의 노력을 다하겠다"고 말했다.
