侯友宜指出，捷運建設經費龐大，為確保重大工程嚴守「清廉、透明、效率」目標，市府攜手廉政署、地檢署及調查機關成立全國第100個機關採購廉政平台，透過跨域合作與行政透明機制及早介入，防範不當外力干擾並降低廉政風險。
捷運局長李政安補充，新北市邁向「軌道建設黃金期」，目前施工中捷運7線齊發，市府將致力於讓基隆捷運等各項軌道工程如期、如質完成，提升城市競爭力，帶動經濟與區域發展。
