具体来看，以扫地机器人为代表的清洁机器人凭借成熟的技术优势和清晰的应用场景成为出口主力，前5个月合计出口额61.1亿元，占上海口岸机器人出口总值的71.6%。工业机器人出口也延续了去年高速增长的势头，前5个月出口额21.3亿元，同比增长39.5%，成功打入德国、日本等传统工业机器人市场。
机器人出口的这轮高速增长，背后也有税政调研的精准发力。税号是进出口货品的专属“身份证”，税号不同，进出口的政策要求就会不一样。此前，《进出口税则》对机器人的分类相对宏观，列目以工业机器人为主，不同国家与地区在认知和执法上的差异，给中国出口企业带来显著的合规风险与运营成本。
中国海关总署税收征管局(上海)结合行业发展诉求开展实地调研，向国务院关税税则委员会提出为“智能仿生机器人”“清洁机器人”等增列税号等多项税政建议，被《2026年关税调整方案》采纳实施。从今年1月1日起，智能仿生机器人进出口拥有了专属税号。(完)
