消基會交通委員會召集人李克聰表示，贊同交通部針對毒駕採取從嚴處理的方向。但無論是吊銷或吊扣駕照，後續都應搭配更完整的矯正與輔導機制。未來駕駛人在重新考領駕照前，應先完成相關矯正程序，建議交通部應提出具體且完善的配套措施。
