黃子佼持有兒少性影像案日前經最高法院駁回上訴定讞，維持二審判決結果，確定獲判有期徒刑1年6月、緩刑4年，免於入監服刑，但須接受保護管束及履行附帶條件。

檢方調查，黃子佼自2014年2月起成為「創意私房」高級會員，陸續購買、下載兒少性影像。一審時，法院認定其持有兒少性影像共涉及35名被害人，其中年紀最小者僅10歲；黃於審理期間未認罪，也未見悔意，因此依違反兒童及少年性剝削防制條例判刑8月。
案件上訴後，台北地檢署再查出黃另持有12名被害人、500餘部兒少性影像，移送高等法院併案審理，使被害人數增至47人。高院審理期間，黃子佼承認非法持有兒少性影像，並與其中37名已確認身分的被害人完成和解及賠償。
高院認定，黃子佼行為同時觸犯兒少性剝削防制條例及個人資料保護法，依較重的個資法論處，考量他已與全部37名被害人達成和解、賠償完畢，且被害人均同意給予緩刑，加上先前未曾受有期徒刑以上宣告，因此改判有期徒刑1年6月、緩刑4年，並命提供180小時義務勞務及接受3場法治教育課程。
至於檢方併辦新增的12名被害人中，因其中10人身分尚未查明，高院未併入本案審理，已退回檢方另行依法處理。
