老旧小区配电设施老旧、故障处置偏慢,是影响居民用电体验的突出民生问题。为有效补齐老旧小区供电短板、持续提升供电可靠性,自2025年11月起,国网乌鲁木齐供电公司组织技术力量开展专项攻坚,通过为期五个月的现场勘查、技术论证、方案优化和设备调试,针对老旧小区配电场景特点优化技术方案,成功攻克传统配电设备运行短板,研发并投用适配老旧小区的智能化备自投装置。

电力故障复电时间从小时级缩短至秒级,居民供电保障能力实现质的提升。艾璐豪 摄

相较于传统改造方式成本高、运维复杂的不足,此次投运的智能化备自投装置造价更低、运维简便、可控性强,能够有效降低电网后期运维成本与人力投入。该装置可与调度主站实时通信,24小时不间断监测小区开闭所电压、线路运行等关键数据,支持远程开关操控,构建起“备自投+自动化”的智能供电保障模式。

在电网主供线路出现异常故障时,装置可自主完成负荷切换,7秒即可完成主备电源切换、恢复供电,无需人工现场作业,实现配网故障快速自愈,大幅提升居民区电力故障处置效率。

“改造完成后,老旧小区供电保障正式从传统人工抢修模式,迈入智能自愈新阶段,居民区供电稳定性、可靠性显著提升。”国网乌鲁木齐供电公司市北供电分公司配电二次运检班班长广明伟表示,智能配网改造精准回应了群众高品质用电需求,切实将电力惠民举措落到实处。

下一步,乌鲁木齐将持续推进老旧小区电网升级改造,深化配电网智能化技术创新,持续优化区域电网网架,精准解决群众用电难题。(完)
