Man to be tried in Arkhangelsk region for torturing partner's children

A 31-year-old man in the Arkhangelsk region will face trial for systematically beating his partner's nine-year-old son and five-year-old daughter while intoxicated between September 2025 and February 2026. The abuse came to light when one of the children reported it to a teacher. The accused has a prior conviction for a similar offense against the same boy and is currently in custody.
