Russia remains a top trade partner and investor for Kyrgyzstan, with bilateral trade turnover surpassing $5 billion, according to Daniyar Amangeldiev, First Deputy Chairman of the Kyrgyz Cabinet, speaking at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
