A survey of 623 business decision-makers reveals that while 84% believe agentic AI will transform their business and 79% plan to increase investment, only 26% report being 'very effective' at leveraging AI. Key barriers include inadequate data architecture (13% well-equipped), governance (11% very well-prepared), and workforce skills (5% very well-prepared). Trust and lack of clear success metrics further hamper execution, with nearly three-quarters of organisations lacking clear value measurement.
