Japanese Actor Kashiwabara Shoji Hospitalized for Severe Rectal Bleeding

Japanese actor Kashiwabara Shoji, 47, was rushed to the hospital on June 2nd due to severe rectal bleeding. He was diagnosed with colonic diverticular bleeding and underwent emergency surgery. He has since recovered and is out of danger.
