Governor: Murmansk Region Prepared to Avoid Blackout Consequences

Murmansk Governor Andrey Chibis stated that all necessary measures were taken to prevent the consequences of a large-scale blackout in the region in January 2026. He credited the government, military, and energy specialists for their round-the-clock efforts and noted that President Putin ordered increased investments for grid modernization.
