Sunk so low in the polls, they have nothing to lose and nothing to fear (but fear itself). This chance may never come their way again, and they will regret it for ever if they throw it away, vainly chasing lost popularity through overcaution, trying to appease everyone while pleasing no one. A Jewish man wearing a kippa was assaulted and subjected to antisemitic abuse in Slough, England, on Monday. The victim, Moshe, was approached by a man who shouted abuse, called him a "baby killer" and "dirty Jew," and threatened to break his jaw. Video footage captured the attack on Elliman Avenue. Thames Valley Police arrested a 48-year-old local man on suspicion of racially or religiously aggravated assault and public order offences. The victim said he feared for his life and now feels unsafe in parts of the country.
