The Lazio Regional Administrative Court (TAR) rejected a student's appeal to be admitted to the final exams, stating that students with learning disabilities (DSA) do not have different assessment criteria. The court found the school's reasoning for non-admission sufficient and that there was no evidence of a violation of the personalized learning plan.
