Henderson Land Secures Harbourfront Event Space, Expanding Central Hong Kong Footprint to Three Prime Locations

Henderson Land Development has won a bid to operate a major Hong Kong harbourfront event space, expanding its footprint in Central to three prime locations. The developer already manages the International Financial Centre (IFC) and in 2021 secured the district's last major plot, known as 'land king', which is being developed into Central Yards retail and office space with phases opening in 2027 and completing in 2032. Experts say the expansion may result in greater accessibility and more visitors from surrounding commercial properties.
