The head of the Luhansk People's Republic, Leonid Pasechnik, published a list of students killed and injured in a Ukrainian Armed Forces attack on a college in Starobelsk. The list includes 11 deceased and 41 injured, with 10 students still missing.

Russia will provide information about the attack on a college in the Luhansk People's Republic (LNR) to international organizations, including the OSCE and the UN Security Council, according to Rodion Miroshnik, representative of the LNR in Moscow.
