French Savings Shift: Livret A Sees Record Withdrawals in April

French savers withdrew a record €1.28 billion from Livret A accounts in April, the fourth consecutive monthly decline, as they seek higher returns elsewhere. Total withdrawals from Livret A and LDDS accounts since the start of the year reached nearly €5 billion, the highest in 18 years.
