US Vows to Continue Attacks on Latin American Drug Cartels

The US will continue to target Latin American drug cartels, with White House Spokeswoman Olivia Wales stating that groups plotting attacks against Americans will be neutralized. Washington may launch targeted strikes, having designated many cartels as terrorist organizations.
