Jason Whitlock links Russini to NFL coaches in bizarre claim

Former FOX Sports Radio host Jason Whitlock linked top NFL reporter Dianna Russini with NFL coaches Mike Vrabel, Mike Tomlin, and Sean McVay. He drew parallels to fast food chains. He referenced an old X post by Steve Levy. Levy praised Samantha Ponder for noticing Russini’s interview success with two NFL coaches during COVID-19 restrictions. Whitlock also recalled a past statement by Dianna Russini. He interpreted it as a confession about her true aspirations.

Jason Whitlock Links Dianna Russini to NFL Coaches Via Fast Food Chain Analogy

Jason Whitlock linked NFL reporter Dianna Russini to Patriots coach Mike Vrabel, Steelers coach Mike Tomlin, and Rams coach Sean McVay using a fast food chain analogy, referencing Steve Levy's 2020 tweet praising Russini for landing interviews with Vrabel and Tomlin during COVID-19 restrictions. Whitlock suggested that if Russini was photographed with one coach (Vrabel at a Sedona hotel), she likely also interacts with others. Whitlock also shared a mid-April 2026 radio clip where Russini said she wanted to be called 'M*#F' rather than an NFL insider, calling it a confession of her true aspirations.
