Smilla Soenderby wins inaugural MCB Ladies Classic by one stroke

Smilla Soenderby of Denmark won the inaugural MCB Ladies Classic at Belle Mare Plage in Mauritius, carding a final-round 67 to reach 14 under par and win by one stroke. The 25-year-old edged out Sweden's Kajsa Arwefjall and South Africa's Casandra Alexander, who both finished at 13 under. England's Alice Hewson made a late charge with four consecutive birdies but finished tied fifth at 10 under.
