South Korea to Draft Roadmap for T+1 Stock Settlement System by October
South Korea's financial regulator will create a roadmap by October for adopting a T+1 stock settlement system, shortening the current T+2 period to boost market efficiency. The Korea Exchange will also extend trading hours, introducing after-hours trading in September.
