〔記者陳梅英／台北報導〕第一金（2892）董事會已通過2025年度盈餘分配案，擬配發每股現金股利1.3元，不僅創下近6年新高，現金股利配發率更達69.5%，全案將提請6月18日股東常會承認。
第一金副總李淑玲表示，第一金今年採全數現金股利發放，主要是因資本適足率充裕，無須透過股票股利強化資本結構。未來仍將視放款成長需求、資本規劃及整體獲利表現彈性調整股利政策，這不是一個固定模式，若明年放款成長還是高達兩位數，屆時不排除適度搭配股票股利，以支應業務擴張所需資本。
