姚晓群说，巢湖水质稳定保持IV类，全湖水质上半年均值达到Ⅲ类，其中东半湖水质首次全年达到Ⅲ类，蓝藻水华总体呈下降态势。
据介绍，《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838—2002)将地表水环境质量标准分为五类，对应地表水水域环境功能和保护目标，功能由高到低分别对应为Ⅰ至Ⅴ类。其中，Ⅲ类主要适用于集中式生活饮用水地表水源地二级保护区、鱼虾类越冬场、洄游通道、水产养殖区等渔业水域及游泳区；Ⅳ类主要适用于一般工业用水区及人体非直接接触的娱乐用水区。

姚晓群说，巢湖综合治理虽然取得阶段性成效，但仍存在一些突出问题：水环境问题表象在水里，根子在岸上，流域城乡生活污染治理水平还不够高，部分区域生活污水收集处理不到位；农业源污染点多面广，治理难度较大；工业废水特征污染物管控还有待进一步加强。
下一步，在有序推进巢湖内源治理方面，安徽省将科学开展巢湖生态清淤工程，计划2027年完成清淤600万立方米，2029年累计完成清淤1000万立方米。建立完善蓝藻水华巡查监控网络体系及蓝藻“挡、引、控、捞”防控体系，2027年底前新建4座深井控藻平台，进一步提高蓝藻应急处置能力。(完)
