由於機票訂位都是透過全球分銷系統（GDS）提供服務，基於使用者付費的概念，隨票券收取訂位服務費，目前國籍航空中，包括華航、長榮航空、星宇航空、台灣虎航皆隨票收取訂位服務費。
華航透過訊息說明，參考業界標準及市場機制，訂位服務費自7月9日起調整為30美元，並自7月1日起，台灣地區申請搭機證明手續費，每份從新台幣100元調整為200元。
長榮航空、華航曾在今年3月間陸續調漲訂位服務費，當時每航段從25美元（約新台幣797元）調升至28美元（約新台幣892元）；星宇航空則自4月1日起，訂位服務費從25美元調漲至30美元（約新台幣956元）。
台灣虎航訂位服務費則維持旺季航班每人每航段仍為新台幣400元，非旺季為300元。
