为破解这一难题、实现智能电镜自主研发,中国科学院大连化物所团队长期致力于透射电镜软硬件智能化、一体化研究,他们联合中国科学院沈阳自动化研究所韩志研究员团队开发出“全自主感知-解析-操控通用智能透射电镜系统”算法,并在此基础上,攻克具身智能高真空样品传递、电子光学成像自主调节、纳米级样品智能定位、图像自主采集与实时解析、全系统状态感知与调度协作等五大关键技术,成功研发出全球首套智能透射电镜系统——“原眼一号”(Aeye)。该系统就像洞悉原子世界的智慧之眼,实现“传样-成像-解析”的全流程无人化、智能化运行。

在实际应用中,以分子筛等催化剂显微结构分析为例,“原眼一号”日均分析分子筛催化剂等样品168个,采集图像超过4000张,并能自主生成包含颗粒精准尺寸、分散度、晶体构型等大规模定量统计信息的专业分析报告;图像分析效率较人工提升300倍以上;“原眼一号”系统运行两周所获数据量,相当于传统透射电镜一年的工作量。(完)
