The 23-year-old Briton finished as runner-up to Croatia's Donna Vekic after five matches in a week earlier this month, and wore strapping on her left thigh after a slip in the quarter-finals.
But the thigh is not the concern this week, with sources indicating that Raducanu has a shin problem.
