〔記者陳鈺馥/台北報導〕飛官辛柏毅1月6日晚間駕駛戰機夜訓墜海,迄今下落不明。國民黨立委林德福今日關切F-16V(block20)戰機裝設「自動防撞地系統」(Auto-GCAS)進度。空軍參謀長李慶然中將在立法院指出,今年7月軟體將會上機,9月硬體逐步到位,全案2028年結束。
立法院財政、外交及國防委員會今日舉行第一次聯席會議,審查行政院函請審議「115年度中央政府保衛國家安全及強化不對稱戰力計畫採購特別預算案」案。
國民黨立委林德福質詢關切,失事的F-16V戰機黑盒子,美方有無完成解讀?空軍參謀長李慶然中將答詢表示,黑盒子部分還沒解讀出來。
林德福也追問,F-16V(block20)戰機「自動防撞地系統」(Auto-GCAS)裝設進度。李慶然則說,今年7月軟體將會上機,9月硬體逐步到位,全案2028年結束。
李慶然曾於今年1月8日在立法院外交及國防委員會說明,對美新購的66架F-16V(block70)標配防撞地系統,現有F-16V(block20)迄今尚未完成裝設的原因,與美方F-16C/D的block25、30一樣,均為類比式飛操系統,與台灣同步進行數位化整合升級,由於此系統須接替飛行員進行飛行、控制相當複雜且有危險性,必須嚴謹整合許多系統,也是需要耗費這麼多時間的原因。
