〔記者陳鈺馥／台北報導〕飛官辛柏毅1月6日晚間駕駛戰機夜訓墜海，迄今下落不明。國民黨立委林德福今日關切F-16V（block20）戰機裝設「自動防撞地系統」（Auto-GCAS）進度。空軍參謀長李慶然中將在立法院指出，今年7月軟體將會上機，9月硬體逐步到位，全案2028年結束。
立法院財政、外交及國防委員會今日舉行第一次聯席會議，審查行政院函請審議「115年度中央政府保衛國家安全及強化不對稱戰力計畫採購特別預算案」案。
國民黨立委林德福質詢關切，失事的F-16V戰機黑盒子，美方有無完成解讀？空軍參謀長李慶然中將答詢表示，黑盒子部分還沒解讀出來。
林德福也追問，F-16V（block20）戰機「自動防撞地系統」（Auto-GCAS）裝設進度。李慶然則說，今年7月軟體將會上機，9月硬體逐步到位，全案2028年結束。
李慶然曾於今年1月8日在立法院外交及國防委員會說明，對美新購的66架F-16V（block70）標配防撞地系統，現有F-16V（block20）迄今尚未完成裝設的原因，與美方F-16C/D的block25、30一樣，均為類比式飛操系統，與台灣同步進行數位化整合升級，由於此系統須接替飛行員進行飛行、控制相當複雜且有危險性，必須嚴謹整合許多系統，也是需要耗費這麼多時間的原因。
