〔記者許麗娟／高雄報導〕高雄市前鎮區23日出現今年全國首例本土登革熱確診個案，高雄市衛生局今（25）日發出警示，近日於個案居住地列管點多達百處，單日發現多達18個積水陽性容器、蚊燈監測更捕到多達46隻成蚊，顯示該社區病媒蚊密度極高，大幅增加疫情擴散風險。
衛生局指出，本土個案居住地住家及社區周邊列管點多達近百處，社區環境不僅有資源回收個體戶、資源回收場，且防疫人員在社區住家室內外及屋後巷查獲為數眾多的桶、缸、盆、甕等積水容器以及大型廢棄水塔，致孳生大量成蚊。顯示當地社區已面臨疫情爆發風險，民眾需立即動員主動清除居家室內外孳生源，防堵疫情擴散。
由於目前當地登革熱疫情相當嚴峻，市府防疫團隊已成立前鎮區前進指揮中心，針對警戒範圍進行地毯式孳生源檢查及噴藥，擴大疫調採檢及社區環境整頓等緊急防治措施，力求在第一時間壓制病媒蚊密度、阻斷病毒傳播鏈，也請民眾主動配合防疫工作。
此外，針對這起本土登革熱個案，衛生局今日也頒發給「健維診所」醫師通報首例獎勵金2500元，感謝基層診所具備高度通報警覺，於個案發病第1日就診時，立即進行通報、採檢，讓防疫團隊及早發現病例並啟動防治。
