Demir è stato fermato oggi allo scalo di Bergamo, da dove stava partendo con la famiglia per Istanbul ed è stato portato in carcere.
Il 1° giugno 2026 la Procura di Bergamo ha chiesto di convalidare il fermo e di applicare la misura cautelare in carcere nei confronti di Ulas Demir. A presentare l’istanza al gip è stata la pm Raffaella Latorraca. L’udienza è fissata per mercoledì.
