The forward has netted 23 goals in 76 appearances for the Reds, playing a key role in their WSL 2 title win in 2022 as she finished as the club's top-scorer with 14.
Before joining Liverpool, Kiernan made over 40 appearances for West Ham in the WSL after beginning her career at Shelbourne.
Kiernan has made 38 appearances for the Republic of Ireland since her debut in 2017.
