根據原廠資訊，大改款 Kicks 擁有 4,366 x 1,801 x 1,626 mm 的車身尺碼，軸距則為 2,657 mm，整體車格有所放大，外型也改走方正風格，車頭採用與現行 Serena 相似的新世代設計語彙，形塑出煥然一新的動感面容，而車尾則採用新款橫柵式 LED 尾燈與車頭相呼應。至於 e-Power 車型則預計透過專屬銘牌和輪圈式樣彰顯油電身分。

內裝與時俱進導入主流的一體式雙螢幕配置，入門車型採用 12.3 吋數位儀表搭配 7 吋中央觸控螢幕，高階版本則升級為雙 12.3 吋螢幕配置強化科技感，而最新 NissanConnect 車載系統也支援無線 Apple CarPlay、Android Auto。
