وكانت شركة الخطوط الجوية التركية "تركيش إيرلاينز" قد أعلنت سابقا لوكالة "نوفوستي" عن خطتها لاستئناف الرحلات الجوية بين إسطنبول ودبي اعتبارا من 9 يونيو بعد انقطاع دام أكثر من 3 أشهر، على أن تكون رحلة واحدة ذهابا وإيابا يوميا. كما استأنفت شركة "بيغاسوس" رحلاتها إلى دبي في مايو، ولكن بحجم أقل بكثير.
