其中，远程异地评标已成为主要评标方式。同期，云南通过该平台完成远程异地评标项目1918个，含隔夜评标项目133个，投标参与39198人次，交易完成金额731.25亿元。
从交易金额看，工程建设项目居首，达1732个、约648.35亿元，占比78.97%；其余依次为综合交易项目186个、82.90亿元，占10.10%；土地出让项目316个、61.63亿元，占7.51%；国有产权项目428个、24.56亿元，占2.99%；矿业权出让项目16个、3.52亿元，占0.43%。
减免企业负担方面，今年1月至4月，云南为1351个政府投资项目减免投标保证金77.25亿元；保险(保函)服务覆盖999个项目，24158人次投标人以保险(保函)替代保证金，释放保证金36.78亿元。
近年来，云南推进公共资源交易领域改革，协同推动公共资源交易领域数字化转型，打造全省公共资源交易“一张网”，创新推行评标工位全省“大循环”、隔夜评标专项指引等措施。(完)
