Yunlin County is launching a "natural prescription" forest therapy program for women over 55, combining precision medicine research with the natural healing base in Caoling Shibi. Participants will engage in forest therapy sessions twice weekly from May 25 to July 17, with the goal of preventing sarcopenia and improving overall health. Those who complete 16 sessions will receive a NT$9,000 reward.
