Culture Minister Congratulates ISU President on Re-election
South Korean Culture Minister Choi Kyung-hwan congratulated Kim Jae-youl on his re-election as President of the International Skating Union (ISU). Kim, the first non-European ISU president, was re-elected unopposed at the ISU General Assembly in Tenerife, Spain, for his innovative leadership and athlete-centered administration.
