Oh Se-hoon wins Seoul mayoral election, becomes first 5-term mayor

Oh Se-hoon of the People Power Party has won the Seoul mayoral election, narrowly defeating Jung Won-oh of the Democratic Party. Oh becomes the first mayor in Seoul's history to be elected to a fifth term after a close race that saw him overcome an early deficit.
