DOJ Sues Cloudera for Alleged Discrimination Against US Workers in Tech Hiring
The US Department of Justice has filed a lawsuit against Cloudera Inc., alleging the California-based technology company violated the Immigration and Nationality Act by intentionally discriminating against US workers. The DOJ claims Cloudera created a separate recruitment process with a non-functional email address to deter American applicants from applying to high-paying tech jobs earmarked for temporary visa holders. The lawsuit was filed with the Office of the Chief Administrative Hearing Officer.
