A Swiss investor, Didier Rabl, has not received over $2 million from KuCoin after a Seychelles Supreme Court ruling declared him the owner of 21 million CoinPoker tokens and ordered the exchange to pay him USDT and damages. KuCoin's Seychelles entities did not contest the ex parte judgment.

A Swiss investor, Didier Rabl, has been awarded over $2 million USDt and $10,000 in damages by the Seychelles Supreme Court against KuCoin entities. The court ruled Rabl is the sole owner of 21 million CoinPoker tokens previously held on KuCoin, which the exchange had declared "abandoned" after delisting. KuCoin entities did not appear in court.
