California Teen Used Sex Offender Registry to Confront, Shoot at Suspected Offenders with BB Gun
An 18-year-old California teen, who was 17 at the time, allegedly used Megan's Law registry to identify and confront suspected sex offenders, threatening and shooting at them with a BB gun in March. He is also under investigation for distributing cannabis to minors at a high school in April.
