Three Students Sue Brown University Over Dec. 13 Campus Shooting, Claim School Ignored Warnings
Three unnamed students injured in Brown's Dec. 13 campus shooting have filed lawsuits alleging the Ivy League school ignored prior warnings about shooter Claudio Neves Valente and failed to provide adequate security. The lawsuits claim a custodian alerted campus security that Valente was 'casing' the building but no investigation followed. The shooting killed two students and wounded nine.
