Pedro Sánchez ha alertado en la primera reunión del Panel de Expertos en IA de la ONU celebrado en el Congreso de que cinco compañías concentran casi el 60% del mercado mundial de inteligencia artificial, todas del mismo país, lo que constituye un ‘colonialismo silencioso’. El presidente defendió que la gobernanza de la IA ‘debe estar en el pueblo’ y no en un reducido grupo de empresas, warniendo que esta tecnología puede potenciar brechas sociales, concentrar la riqueza, erosionar democracias e influir en el cambio climático.
