The UK home secretary has blocked US anti-Islam influencer Valentina Gomez from entering the country after she was authorised to attend a far-right rally organised by Tommy Robinson. Shabana Mahmood withdrew Gomez's electronic travel authorisation (ETA) on grounds that her presence would not be conducive to the public good, the same reason given for refusing rapper Kanye West entry earlier this month. Gomez, 26, who attended a previous Unite the Kingdom rally in September, had made controversial statements warning that rapist Muslims were taking over the UK.
